14-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when changing a size or preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Stolen Moon will cover the return shipping and make it right.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
